Employment Law

The Law Offices of Anthony J. Pirrotti provides legal representation for both employees and employers in Federal and State Court.  He is best known for the first attorney to prevail in a whistleblower case, under New York State’s 1987 Whistleblower Law, which was affirmed by the highest court in the State, New York Court of Appeals.

Most recently Mr. Pirrotti has tried a case before the National Labor Relations Board in New York.  Other areas of experience in employment litigation include discrimination on the basis of age, gender, disability and other protected classifications under the New York State Labor Law.
